ABOUT THE PROJECT

The European Commission notes that "despite the fact that there are more women than men in Europe, women entrepreneurs represent less than a third of the workers by account in the EU, therefore, it is essential to have adequate support and training to attract European women to entrepreneurship. That's where it comes in ERROR 404.New job opportunities that companies cannot cover due to the “skill mismatch”, that is, the difference between the skills required by companies and those available in the market. Acquiring the necessary skills thus becomes a fundamental task in order to successfully face the challenges of the future. And for a woman, reading the data, the challenge is even greater. The current period of global confinement due to the Covid-19 virus indicates that Smart work will be more present in our day to day and if we do not act quickly we run the risk that a large part of the population (disadvantaged groups, over 45 years of age, women, people with disabilities) fall further apart from the European socio-economic fabric. The Error 404 project partnership wants to make a concrete contribution in this regard, using its experience in adult education and training to offer an innovative proposal with a European dimension.
We want to bring women closer to the ICT sector by creating different activities and recourses, where we will include:
> tools for creating a website with WordPress,
> inbound marketing techniques,
> cybersecurity,
> mindfulness,
> crowdfunding,
> copywriting,
> digital publishing and
> creativity.
